We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@caledonianroots.co.uk. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received in its original condition.
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the product is faulty.
